The Democrats’ civil war [1] has already begun.
Not even 72 hours after their landslide loss to President Trump, top Democrats are pointing their fingers in every direction, blaming each other amid a plethora of reasons for why Kamala Harris got crushed.
The socialist senator Bernie Sanders, surprisingly, had one of the better criticisms of the Democratic Party and its elitist attitude, claiming that the party has “abandoned working class people.” In response, DNC Chairman Jaime Harrison issued his own statement attacking Sanders, calling his comments “straight up BS.”
This refusal to admit to the possibility that Sanders is right is a clear indication that this party has zero intention of actually correcting its course, admitting its mistakes, and working to improve itself. They are committed to doubling down on the very reasons why they lost, embracing deranged radicalism and refusing to even consider the possibility that they were in the wrong all along.
If this is the state of the opposition to President Trump’s second term, then it should be easier to implement the America First agenda at long last.

Furious DNC Attacks Sanders for Saying Democrats ‘Abandoned Working Class.’
By Jack Montgomery
Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Jaime Harrison lashed out at Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) on Thursday over a statement criticizing the Democratic Party’s rejection of working-class [2] voters [3]. “It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working class people would find that the working class has abandoned them,” Sanders [4] said following President-elect Donald J. Trump’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris. “While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change.”
“Will the big money [5] interests and well-paid consultants who control the Democratic Party learn any real lessons from this disastrous campaign?” Sanders asked [6]. “Will they understand the pain and alienation that millions of Americans are experiencing?”

The furious response of Chairman Harrison suggests they may not. “This is straight up BS,” the 48-year-old DNC chief wrote [7], insisting Joe Biden has been “the most-pro worker President of my life time… creat[ing] millions of good paying jobs [8].”
“There are a lot of post election [9] takes and this one ain’t a good one,” he sneered.
The election results so far indicate that Trump earned significant support in battleground states, particularly among white and Latino working-class voters, and is on track to secure the popular vote [10] nationally.
Contrary to Harrison’s claims about “millions of good-paying jobs,” the evidence suggests that most positions created post-pandemic have been filled by migrants [11].
