In yet another sign that America is turning the page on an era of a weaponized judicial system, and instead going back to putting the neutrality of law over political biases, Daniel Penny was acquitted on all charges yesterday.
This former Marine did what any decent man would do in the situation he found himself in: He put his own life at risk to protect those around him when they were threatened by a maniac with a long history of violent crime. But because Penny committed the crime of being White while the man he restrained was black, the corrupt District Attorney Alvin Bragg, at the behest of the Black Lives Matter movement, tried to have Penny sent to prison for his brave actions.
A New York jury said that they had had enough. After the manslaughter charge was dismissed due to a deadlocked jury, Penny was acquitted on the remaining charge of negligent homicide.
As America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, said in his reaction to the verdict, there is a direct correlation between this jury decision and America’s collective decision to send President Trump back to the White House. Americans now care far more about their own safety and the stability of the country than they do about potentially being called “racist.”
Law and order is coming back to America, and so is the blindfold that Lady Justice was always supposed to wear.

The Liberal Media Reaction to the Daniel Penny Verdict Was Off the Rails
By Matt Vespa
It was a trumped-up charge, a disgrace to the courts, and an unnecessary media circus, but Daniel Penny, who was charged with second-degree murder and criminally negligent homicide for placing Jordan Neely in a chokehold after he threatened passengers on the New York City subway on May 1, 2023.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg once again proved he’s the court’s biggest clown. Penny had to go through two rounds of this legal nonsense. The jury was deadlocked on the second-degree murder charge but opted to find him not guilty of negligent homicide. Mia covered the mayhem, which reached new heights from the activist crowds to the media—it was a massive circus. The majority of the jury was female, with four members being persons of color.
